كوب دقيق المقادير
كوب زبدة
1 كوب سكر
4 بيضات
12 ملعقة أكل بيكينج باودر
1 ملعقة شاي فانيلا
ذرة ملح
ثلاث أرباع كوب حليب سائل
الماء المحلى في علبة الأناناس
حلقات أناناس
جوز ( عين الجمل)
ربع كوب زبدة
ربع كوب سكر أبيض
الطريقة:
توضع المقاير الجافة في زبدية وتخلط ثم تنخل وبعد ذلك يضاف
البيض ويخفق ومن ثم الحليب ويخلط وبعد ذلك يضاف الماء المحلى للأناناس ويضاف الكثير منه أي أنه اذا أصبح المزيج غير مائل الى السيوله ..
وعند الأنتهاء تمزج ربع كوب الزبدة وربع الكوب السكر ويوضع في الصينية بدلمن الطحين وتوضع حلاقات الأناناس والقليل من الجوز ويصب المزيج فوقة 2 كوب دقيق
