Sending attachments through email إرسال ملف عبر الإميل


Some companies have security in place such as firewalls that prevents sending certain types of attachments. For example, sending a .js file is potentially dangerous because it can run scripts. Also, some documents can carry viruses through macros or other methods. Sending attachments to some email addresses are not possible. However, text files are usually permitted. Here are some sentences that you might find useful.

"I can send you the document through email."
يمكنني ارسال الملف اليك عبر البريد الالكتروني.

"I'll send you the images to your email account."
يمكنني ارسال الصور إلي بريدك الالكتروني.

"Can I send the documents to your email?"
هل يمكنني إرسال الملف إلي بريدك الالكتروني؟

"Can I email you the files?"
هل يمكنني إرسال الملفات اليك؟

"Can I email the files to you?"
هل يمكنني ارسال الملفات االيك؟

"I received your email, but I didn't receive the attachments."
لقد استلمت إميلك، لكني لم استلم المرفقات.

"My company prevents many types of attachments. Can you send a text file instead?"
يحجب جهازي العديد من المرفقات. هل من الممكن ان ترسل ملف تكست عوضا عن ذلك؟

"Before you send the document, change the extension .doc to .txt and then send it. When I receive it, I will change it back to .doc before I open it."
قبل ان ترسل الملف، غير الامتداد من (.doc to .txt) ثم ارسلة إلي. وعندما استلمة سوف ارجع الامتداد الي .doc قبل ان افتحة.

"Hi Mary, I sent you an email with my proposal as an attachment. Did you receive it?"
اهلا ماري، لقد ارسلت الاقتراح إليك في رسالة بالمرفقات. هل إستلمتية؟

"Hey Jack, did you receive my attachments?"
أهلا جاك، هل إستلمت مرفقاتي؟

"The file is too large to send through email."
الملف كبير جدا لايمكن ارسالة عبر الاميل.

"My email account will only allow sending attachments that are 1 MB or smaller."
يسمح بريدي الالكتروني بإرسال المرفقات التي مساحتها 1 ميجا أو أقل فقط.

"My email account will only allow me to receive attachments that are 2 MB or smaller."
يسمح بريدي الالكتروني باستلام المرفقات التي مساحتها 2 ميجا بايت أو أقل فقط.
